House notes · The way out
How to delete your LuxeCam account.
A lounge that makes leaving difficult is telling you something about itself. Ours does not: deletion is one option in your settings, one confirmation, and a clean exit. Here is exactly where the door is and what walks out with you.
First, a word about guests
If you never created an account, this page is a formality: guests browse LuxeCam with no name and no email, so there is nothing stored to delete. Closing the tab is the entire exit procedure — that is what "leave nothing behind" means in practice. The steps below are for registered members only.
Deleting your account, step by step
Decide about leftover coins first
Deletion is final and any coin balance goes with the account. If you have coins left, spend them on a good evening first — or contact support before deleting if you believe a refund is owed.
Open your account settings
Sign in, then go to your profile settings. The account section holds the deletion option — it is not hidden behind a retention maze or a "are you sure?" obstacle course.
Confirm the deletion
Confirm once, and the account is queued for removal. If you only want a quieter inbox rather than a clean exit, notification settings can do that without deleting anything.
Let the tab close behind you
Once deletion completes there is nothing left to log back into. If you ever return, you would start as a new guest — the lounge does not keep a shadow of the old account.
What gets erased
Your sign-in and profile
The email you registered with and the profile it unlocked are removed. There is no dormant account left sitting in a database.
Follows and favorites
Members you followed and any saved favorites are erased with the account. The lounge forgets who your company was.
Coin balance
Any unspent coins are deleted with the account — which is exactly why step one says to settle them first.
Your presence history
Sessions were never recorded to begin with, and nothing from your visits is kept attached to you after deletion. When you leave, the night leaves with you.
The one thing deletion cannot do retroactively is unspend coins — which is why the cost guide and the pricing page both exist: nobody should meet a balance they regret.
Changed your mind at the door? The lounge keeps no grudges — guests are always free to look, and leaving again costs exactly as much.
